DESCRIPTION:Truth\, Racial Healing and Transformation – Los Angeles (TRHT-LA) presents\nHand in Hand\n2019 National Day of Racial Healing \nDEEPENING RACIAL JUSTICE IN COMMUNITY ORGANIZING\nCommunity organizers are at the forefront of building more just and inclusive communities. Balancing ambitious campaign goals with tight timelines\, can leave organizers with limited spaces to reflect on their personal and professional relationship with Racism. In this dialogue for community organizers\, we will explore our personal and collective experiences with Racism\, how those experiences impact our organizing\, and areas we can deepen our engagement with Racial Justice in our everyday professional lives. \nYou are invited to gather with fellow community members at Racial Equity and Healing Justice’s (REHJ) first local dialogues in the greater Los Angeles area. The dialogues are free to attend and are presented in partnership with California Conference for Equality and Justice (CCEJ). \n
